Leodany graduated from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Metropolitan Campus. He has a solid academic background, including an MBA with a specialty in international business and a bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting. In addition, he obtained a certificate from Harvard University’s intensive summer programs on Human Rights and Economic Justice.
Leodany is a "restaurateur", an expert in restaurants and good food. He currently owns four restaurants in Puerto Rico. The first to start operations, Casa de Campo (Creole food) is located at Cupey and the other three, Pizza e Birra (Italian food), Ceviche Market (Peruvian food) and Puebla (Mexican food and canteen) are located at Miramar.
