The CDE InterEmprende Ponce invites you to a workshop on how to set menu prices in the restaurant industry with entrepreneur José E. Ramos. Mr. Ramos is the co-founder of Frutitas To Go, Chocolab and is currently the president of the Street Food Society Puerto Rico. Mr. Ramos serves as CEO and Chief Marketing Officer of Chocolab and provides mentoring for the creation of new businesses specializing in the food truck industry. He is also dedicated to the production of events including the Ponce Food Truck Festival in the south of Puerto Rico.
